At Futuretechnologar S.A.S. we treat your personal data with the seriousness demanded by Argentina's Personal Data Protection Law 25,326, its complementary rules and AAIP Disposition 62/2024. This document explains what data we collect, why we do it and how you can exercise your rights.
1. Data controller
The data controller is Futuretechnologar S.A.S., CUIT 30-71834729-4, domiciled at Av. del Libertador 6250, Floor 7, Office 704, Belgrano, City of Buenos Aires, Argentina. You can reach us at privacy@futuretechnologar.com.
2. Data we collect
We collect data you actively provide (name, email, message from the contact form) and technical data generated by your navigation (truncated IP, device type, pages visited, referrer). We do not collect sensitive data or data from users under 18.
3. Purpose and legal basis
We process data to respond to inquiries, operate the site, prevent fraud, and, when you consent, for advertising measurement with Google Consent Mode v2. The primary legal basis is your free and informed consent and, in some cases, legitimate interest in the site's operation.
4. Third parties with access
We share data only with providers that assist us in hosting (Vercel Inc.), transactional messaging infrastructure, digital notary services and Google services (Ads, Analytics 4). All operate under confidentiality agreements and standards equivalent to Argentine regulations.
5. International transfers
Some providers process data outside the country. We adopt standard contractual clauses and assess the adequate level of protection in line with AAIP Disposition 60/2016 and its updates.
6. Retention period
We keep personal data for the time strictly necessary for the stated purpose and, in any case, up to 5 years from your last interaction, unless higher legal or tax obligations apply.
7. Your rights
You can request access, rectification, deletion, opposition and portability of your data at any time by writing to privacy@futuretechnologar.com. You can also file a complaint with the Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública (AAIP) if you consider your rights were not respected.
8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures: TLS 1.3 encryption, role-based access control, periodic vulnerability reviews and annual internal audits.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this document to reflect regulatory or operational changes. The current version will always be published at this URL with the date of the latest update.
